Sila Alegret-Bartel, president and founder of International Corporate Training and Marketing (ICTM) was born in Cuba and lived in Barcelona, Spain before coming to the United States in 1966.
Prior to founding ICTM in 2003, she worked in the banking industry, direct marketing and non-profit organizations for over 25 years. Sila is an adjunct instructor of bi-lingual training at Frederick Community College, Frederick, Maryland.
She is a founding member, past chair and current Vice-President of the Hagerstown Chapter of the Mid-Atlantic Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and founding board member of Hispanic Association of Hagerstown.
Ms. Alegret-Bartel has a vast experience in client relations and customer service. This experience has been the key to ICTM success.
